30-Day Return Policy
At MD-Apollo Dental, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility...
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be undamaged and in its original packaging.
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.
Return Process...
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team via call (1-800-399-0999), chat, or email (support@fountainofyouthmed.com), to request a return authorization.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and further instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
Clearly write the return authorization number on the package.
Ship the package back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Provide us with the tracking number for the returned package, if available.
Refund Process...
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within [number of days] of receiving the returned item.
Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items...
The following items are not eligible for return:
Perishable goods, such as polydioxanone (PDO) & Polyglycolic acid (PGA) materials
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
